Common Questions

Regional Fulfillment FAQ

How does WinsBS decide which regional hub fulfills my order?
We route each order to the closest hub that has the product in stock. This is why having inventory in multiple US hubs (Dallas, Beaverton, and Carteret) helps most orders reach customers in 1–2 days.
What does the Mainland China hub actually do?
It is our main origin point. We collect goods from factories, perform quality checks, and prepare them for international shipping so they leave China faster and with fewer issues.
Does WinsBS handle returns in every region?
Yes in the United States, Germany, Canada, and Australia — returns are processed locally at those hubs. The China hub focuses on export preparation and does not handle customer returns.
Can I choose which hub my inventory goes to?
Yes. When you create an inbound shipment you can specify which regional hub you want the goods sent to, or let our system automatically distribute them based on demand.
