Return Policy Agreement
International returns and refund handling may involve additional logistics, customs, and policy restrictions.
Preamble
WinsBS ("WinsBS" or "we") is the customer-facing fulfillment and 3PL brand for products or services handled through the WinsBS platform.
WinsBS is the customer-facing brand. Where formal verification is required, some business, billing, or receiving records may reference Winsway LLC.
By applying for a return, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Special Notice for International Shipments
Due to cross-border logistics and customs regulations, no-reason returns are not supported for international shipments unless legally required. Verify eligibility before applying to avoid costs from policy non-compliance.
1. Scope of Application
1.1 This Policy applies to Products with WinsBS logistics services, except:
- Customized items;
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals);
- Sealed personal care products affecting hygiene;
- Digital products, software, or subscription services;
- International shipments (no-reason returns excluded): Unless required by law, international returns are only accepted for quality issues or our liability;
- Products returned beyond the 14-day period.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Returns are valid if:
- Applied within 14 days of receipt;
- Product remains in original packaging with complete accessories and no signs of use;
- Valid purchase proof (order number, invoice, etc.) is provided;
- Issues are not caused by user misuse.
2.2 Rejected Returns
- Past the return period;
- Packaging or accessories are incomplete;
- Product is damaged by user negligence;
- No purchase proof is provided;
- International shipments are returned without quality issues or our liability.
3. Return Process
3.1 Application
- Submit requests via your WinsBS Account or email [email protected] with reasons and order details;
- We will respond within 3 business days.
3.2 Return Address
- A designated address will be provided upon approval; unauthorized addresses may result in return failure.
3.3 Shipping Fees
Domestic Returns:
- Quality issues or our error: We reimburse prepaid shipping (with proof);
- Subjective reasons (e.g., dislike): You bear the cost.
International Returns
- Quality issues or our error: We cover basic shipping fees (excluding duties, customs, or surcharges);
- No-reason returns: All costs (including duties) are your responsibility.
3.4 Shipping Restrictions
- Freight collect (COD) is prohibited: Returns sent collect will be refused, with all costs borne by you;
- Proof of payment: Submit clear invoices or receipts for reimbursable shipping; missing proof voids reimbursement;
- International surcharges: Reimbursement excludes cross-border duties, customs fees, or remote area charges.
4. Refund Processing
- Inspection: We will verify returned Products within 5 business days and issue refunds for eligible items;
- Refund Method: Returns to the original payment method within 3-10 business days; alternative accounts may be required for failed transfers;
- Refund Amount: Full purchase price (excluding shipping unless covered by us); damaged Products may incur deductions.
5. Liability Exclusions
5.1 We are not liable for:
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, logistics delays);
- Returns failing to follow this Policy;
- Damage caused by third-party couriers (claim directly with them);
- International return costs (duties, storage) due to customs or logistics policies.
5.2 False Information
False information may result in refund rejection and legal action.
6. Exceptions
- Promotional items marked "non-returnable";
- Legally restricted Products;
- Items affecting resale after opening (e.g., cosmetics, as stated);
- International shipments: No-reason returns are invalid except for quality defects or our liability.
7. Policy Amendments
We may update this Policy on the WinsBS platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing law: Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved by Hong Kong courts.
